Connect Boston Commercial Real Estate News: Building Engines Launches Partner Network for CRE Building Operations

CRE building operations software provider Building Engines has launched a partner network comprised of technical partners that offer various levels of integration into Building Engines’ new building operations software platform, Prism, as well as additional vendor partners.

“We created the Partner Network to address fundamental changes taking place in the CRE industry—notably, the desire for digital transformation — to realize the full potential of CRE tech to shape the way buildings will be managed over the next decade and beyond, from tenant service, communications, equipment maintenance, space and resource management, to sustainability, security and operational risk management. The Partner Network offers unique value for customers, prospective customers and smaller, point-solution providers,” said Scott Sidman, executive vice president at Building Engines.

There are currently two partner network types — technology partner and vendor partner — which are aimed to provide an array of options for both customers and service providers to use the network in a way that works for their needs. Technology partner allows companies to offer unique ability for Building Engines customers to extend Prism with their product capabilities. Vendor partners can find quality opportunities, submit an RFP and track details and status of the proposal to streamline the process and win jobs.
