2016 was a big year here at Building Engines. We might even say huge. (Yuge)

We released several great new features and improvements to our commercial property management software platform (Dispatch, QR Code equipment lookup in BE-Mobile, introduction of the TenHub tenant mobile app), doubled-down on information security by successfully completing a SOC II audit, attended a company record 22 tradeshows and events, posted a whopping 83 (now 84!) blog posts, expanded the Property Hero Awards, and officially passed the 1 billion square ft. managed mark.

Not to mention the fact that we received a funding round from our partners at Wavecrest Growth Partners, to help fuel our continued innovation and expansion.

Needless to say, we’ve had a busy year – and it was all for you! We can’t wait to continue to transform property management with you in 2017.
